1. REFUNDS - We do not offer refunds and all sales are final unless...

1.1 If your show is cancelled or rescheduled you are entitled to a full refund or free to keep the tickets for the rescheduled event

2. TICKET T&C'S Persons aged 14 years or below must be in possession of a ticket and be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or older.

3. MEMBERS - Tickets on this site are supplied by members of the Royal Albert Hall. These members own seats within the Royal Albert Hall and they are entitled to dispose of their tickets as they see fit. Members are entitled to set the price of their tickets so will be on occasion above the face value. However, we will always strive to offer shows below or at face value.

4. E-tickets must be printed out or shown on your smart phone at the Royal Albert Hall where they will be scanned on entry. 

5. DELIVERY - We aim to send you your tickets as soon as humanly possible, e-tickets are usually sent on the same day of purchase, paper tickets will be sent within two days. In some cases tickets may not be sent until two weeks before the event, we'll let you know if that's the case. 

6. FACE VALUE - The face value of the ticket may change, that's not us but the promoters. For instance, Cirque du Soleil face values may change leading up to the shows, depending on demand. Usually the price rises so it's a good idea to buy tickets early!

7. VAT  is applicable to the service fee only and is included in the total at checkout. A separate VAT invoice will be supplied on request

8. TICKET PRICE Our prices may differ from the face value and our prices may change during the course of the tickets listing. Your purchase price can not be changed once a sale has been agreed between yourself and Hoorah Tickets.

We're sorry if the event or performer doesn't treat you to a great show. We only supply the tickets.
